Location: In Monstro Town, talk to the Rat Funk you met earlier on your way to the town. This triggers a new path in Rose Town that leads to the gardener’s house, but do not go there yet until you acquired the prerequisite items.
First, beat Megaslimax in Land’s End to obtain the “Seed.” After that, head to Nimbus Land and beat Valentina. Then head to the eastern edge of the town where an invisible pathway leads to Shy Away, which will give you the “Fertilizer.” After acquiring these two essential items it’s now time to go to Rose Town.
In Rose Town, just follow the new path and talk to the gardener. He will plant the Seed and use the Fertilizer, which eventually turns it into a huge beanstalk. Climb the stalk and get the Lazy Shell in a treasure chest above.
