I - Medicines
1) Potion

Location: From the top right Save Room in Main Castle’s Alchemy Laboratory, head left, top right and right. You’ll end up in a huge area full Axe Knights and Spittle Bones. In the bottom leftmost portion is a brown orb upon a table, break it to obtain a Potion.
The next one is just outside the top Save Room in Main Castle’s Royal Chapel. The Potion is on the topmost right portion inside the attic of the tower.
Another Potion is in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the right Save Room, head right, up and right. You’ll end up in a huge room full of Jack O’ Bones and some Gorgons. Head to the top right platform to obtain a Potion.
Another Potion is found in Main Castle’s Marble Gallery. From the clock tower in Marble Gallery, head to the top of the middle shaft. From above, make your way to the left path to obtain a Potion, Hammer and Life Apple in the farthest corner.
There is another one in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the top Save Room, just head 2 areas to the right. You’ll end up in a wide cavern with areas submerged in water. Head to the top right submerged area to obtain a Potion and a Life Max Up.
Potion is also an item drop of Bat and Corpseweed.
2) High Potion
Restores about half HP.
Buy: $2000
Effects: Although the game description says it restores about half of the HP, yet it only replenishes 100 HP.
Location: From the Save Room in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Keep, head right and bottom left. You’ll end up in a huge room full of treasures. The High Potion is on a platform at the mid leftmost corner.
Another one is in the Inverted Castle’s Reverse Outer Wall. From the top Save Room, head left, bottom left and 2 more rooms to the left. You’ll end up in the elevator area. Break the urn on the topmost left platform to obtain a High Potion.
Another High Potion is found in Inverted Castle’s Dark Wing’s Lair. From the Goat Warp Room, just head 5 rooms to the right. You’ll end up in a huge room guarded by an Azaghal. There is a breakable wall on the top leftmost corner of that place. Smash it and proceed to the hidden room. Inside, there are 3 urns on the left ceiling. Break the first urn to obtain a High Potion.
There is a High Potion in Inverted Castle’s Necromancy Laboratory. From the top left Save Room, head right, down and left. Break the glowing orb in the middle to obtain a High Potion.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Entrance. From the left Save Room, head left, top left, up and top right. You’ll end up in a huge room guarded by Jack O’ Bones and Dragon Riders. Close to the entrance, there is a ledge above that has a breakable block. Smash the edge of that ledge to obtain a High Potion.
High Potion is also an item drop of Flea Armor.
3) Elixir
Restores all HP.
Buy: $8000
Effects: Replenishes all HP.
Location: From the bottom Save Room in Main Castle’s Underground Caverns, just head outside. At the bottom right portion is a breakable floor that leads to a hidden underground cavern. Smash it and delve deeper below, then head directly to the right. If you already have the Holy Symbol relic, which enables you to breathe underwater, then head to the bottom rightmost underwater area to obtain an Elixir.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the top Save Room, head right and smash the breakable ceiling on the top right. Then go up and left. You’ll end up in long cavern with submerged areas above. The Elixir is on the floor, just below a ledge in the middle.
There is another one in Inverted Castle’s Floating Catacombs. From the left Save Room head left, top left, 5 more areas to the farthest left, up and right. Proceed to the rightmost corner of the place to obtain an Elixir.
4) Manna Prism
Restores all MP.
Buy: $4000
Effects: Replenishes all MP.
Location: From the Goat Warp Gate in Main Castle’s Olrox’s Quarters, head 2 rooms to the left. You’ll end up in a room with a shaft leading to another room above. Transform into Bat and go to the first hollow platform on the left. Break the urn to obtain the Manna Prism.
Another one is in Inverted Castle’s Dark Wing’s Lair. From the Goat Warp Room, just head 2 rooms right. Then, go to the shaft below and break the urn on the bottom right platform to obtain a Manna Prism.
There is another Manna Prism in Inverted Castle’s Anti-Chapel. From the bottom left Save Room, head 7 rooms directly to the right. You’ll end up in a huge tower full of Balloon Pods, Imps and Snipers of Goth. The Manna Prism is on the bottommost floor of that tower.
The next Manna Prism is in Inverted Castle’s Necromancy Laboratory. From the top left Save Room, just head outside and smash the glowing apparatus on a table at the top right corner to obtain a Manna Prism.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the top Save Room, head right and smash the breakable ceiling on the top right. Then go up and right. You’ll end up in a long cavern with submerged areas above. The Manna Prism is on a ledge in one of the submerged areas in the middle.
Manna Prism is also an item drop of Ectoplasm and Salome.
5) Heart Refresh
Restores 500 hearts.
Buy: N/A
Effects: Replenishes 500 hearts.
Location: From the Save Room in Inverted Castle’s Dark Wing’s Lair, head right and top right. Head further to the right until you reached the distinct white marble area, just close to the exit. In that place, there is a breakable floor in the right corner. Smash it and go down inside to obtain the Heart Refresh.
The last one is in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the Save Room above the clock tower in Black Marble Gallery, just head 2 areas to the left to obtain the Heart Refresh.
Heart Refresh is also an item drop of Venus Weed, Blue Venus Weed and Archer.
6) Antivenom
Cures poisoning.
Buy: $200
Effects: Nullifies poison status.
Location: From the Save Room in Main Castle’s Long Library, head right and transform into Bat to access the topmost left platform. Enter the next room to get the Antivenom, Potion and Faerie Card.
Another Antivenom is in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the right Save Room, head right, up and right. You’ll end up in a huge room full of Jack O’ Bones and some Gorgons. Head to the middle right platform to obtain the Antivenom.
You can find another Antivenom in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Entrance. From the drawbridge or gate of the castle, just head to the bottommost mid portion of that place to obtain a Hammer and an Antivenom.
Antivenom is also an item drop of Bone Pillar and Corpseweed.
7) Uncurse
Removes curse.
Buy: $200
Effects: Nullifies curse status.
Location: From the entrance in Main Castle’s Long Library, where 3 Dhurons guards the place, break the middle lamp that hangs above to obtain an Uncurse. This lamp never runs out of Uncurse. Thus, it is wise to go back in the same room repeating the same method until you have enough for your inventory.
Aside from the first lamp in the entrance of Long Library, there is also another lamp just above that place. From the entrance, just head left and up. You’ll end up in an area full of Ectoplasms. Break the third lamp hanging above to obtain an Uncurse. This lamp also never runs out of Uncurse, so better go back and forth to the same place just to have more.
From first two areas mentioned earlier, you can do the same thing in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Library too. Just head to the same reverse locations and smash the same lamps to obtain unlimited supply of Uncurse.
Uncurse is also an item drop of Ectoplasm.
8) Hammer
Unpetrify (Familiar use only).
Buy: $200
Effects: Faerie familiar uses the Hammer to smash the stone that covers Alucard every time he is petrified.
Location: From the left Save Room in Main Castle’s Marble Gallery, head left, down and left. You’ll end up in a huge room full of Marionettes and Slingers. In the mid left portion is a dome-shaped ceiling with a Hammer on the left ledge. Use the Bat form or the Gravity Boots’ special (Down, Up +Jump) move to access that area above.
The next Hammer is still in Marble Gallery of the Main Castle. From the clock tower in Marble Gallery, head to the top of the middle shaft. From above, make your way to the left path to obtain a Potion, Hammer and Life Apple in the farthest corner.
Another Hammer is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Outer Wall. From the top Save Room, head left, top left, 2 rooms left and 2 rooms up. You’ll end up in a huge area full of Nova Skeletons and some Stone Skulls. In the middle right corner is a barricade where only a Mist can pass through. Enter inside to obtain the Shotel and a Hammer.
The last Hammer is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Entrance. From the drawbridge or gate of the castle, just head to the bottom mid portion of that place to obtain a Hammer and an Antivenom.
9) Life Apple
Heals (Familiar use only).
Buy: N/A
Effects: Faerie familiar revives Alucard when knocked down.
Location: From the drawbridge or gate in Main Castle’s Entrance, just head 2 rooms right. You’ll end up in an area full of Mermen below and there is a huge rock in front. The both ends of that rock are breakable. Smash them to reveal a hidden passage inside. In that hidden passage, you must run as a Wolf from the left to the right, then turn around as a Bat. If done correctly, another hidden area is revealed at the bottom left wall of that place. Go inside to obtain a Life Apple and the Jewel Sword.
Another Life Apple is in Main Castle’s Marble Gallery. From the clock tower in Marble Gallery, just head to the top of the middle shaft. From above, make your way to the left path to obtain a Potion, Hammer and Life Apple in the farthest corner.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Cave. From the Save Room, head right, middle left and another left. Go to the bottom leftmost corner and summon the Demon familiar. Just wait until he presses the switch below where you are standing. Then, head 2 more areas to the left. You’ll end up in a huge area with some Gaibons guarding the cave. There is a breakable wall at the top right corner of that place. Smash it to obtain a Green Tea and smash it further to uncover a hidden area. Go inside the next area to obtain a Power of Sire and a Life Apple.
The last Life Apple is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Clock Tower. From the bottom save Room in Reverse Outer Wall, head left, up and 2 rooms right. You’ll end up in Reverse Clock Tower’s entrance. From there head 2 areas right and you’ll be in the first of 3 consecutive vertical clockwork rooms. Then, go to the bottom right to enter the second room, which is full of Cloaked Knights and Medusa Heads. In that room, find the 2 cogwheel switches in the mid left and upper mid right corners. Smash these switches and you’ll hear a loud sound every time you hit them. Keep smashing the switches until you hear the distinct “click” sound and not the usual loud sound. Then exit to the top right.
In the third room of 3 consecutive vertical rooms, head to mid right corner and to mid left corner to smash another 2 cogwheel switches. After triggering all 4 switches, head to the topmost right portion of the third room to find a hidden passage. Enter that passage to obtain the Diamond, Life Apple and Sun Stone.
Life Apple is also an item drop of Harpy.
10) Str. Potion
Temporarily raises STR.

Effects: Adds 20 to strength for a period of time.
Location: From the top right Save Room in Main Castle’s Royal Chapel, just head 7 rooms directly to the left. The Str. Potion is on the topmost right portion, inside the attic of the tall tower.
Another Str. Potion is found in Main Castle’s Marble Gallery. From the left Save Room, head left, down and left. You’ll end up in a huge room full of Marionettes and Slingers. In the top left portion (below the top platform) is a dome-shaped ceiling with a Str. Potion on the right ledge. Use the Bat form or the Gravity Boots’ special move (Down, Up + Jump) to access that area above.
The next one is found in Inverted Castle’s Clock Tower. From the bottom Save Room in Reverse Outer Wall, head left, up, top right, right and bottom right. You’ll end up in a huge open-air area in Reverse Clock Tower. Transform into Bat and go to the middle portion of that place. Then, seek the 3 ledges which contains a Str. Potion, Luminus and Smart Potion.
Str. Potion is also an item drop of Wereskeleton.
11) Smart Potion

Location: From the bottom Save Room in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Outer Wall, head left, up, top right, right and bottom right. You’ll end up in a huge open-air area in Reverse Clock Tower. Transform into Bat and go to the middle portion of that place. Then, seek the 3 ledges which contains a Str. Potion, Luminus and Smart Potion.
There is another Smart Potion in Inverted Castle’s Anti-Chapel. From the bottom left Save Room, head 7 rooms directly to the right. You’ll end up in a huge tower full of Balloon Pods, Imps and Snipers of Goth. Break the urn on the bottom left ledge of that tower to obtain a Smart Potion.

Another Attack Potion is in Inverted Castle’s Floating Catacombs. From the left Save Room, head left, top left, left, top right and 4 more areas to the right. You’ll end up in an area without any enemy around. Below that place are urns, smash the urn on top ledge to obtain an Attack Potion.
14) Shield Potion

Location: From the right Save Room in Main Castle’s Entrance, just head outside. In the top right portion of that place is a wall that can be remove when you press the switch on the other side. Thus, you need to go through the Marble Gallery and make your way down, until you reached the same area in the Entrance. The Shield Potion is just next to that mechanical wall.
Another Shield Potion is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Outer Wall. From the top Save Room, head left, bottom left and left to obtain the Shield Potion.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Dark Wing’s Lair. From the Goat Warp Room, just head 2 rooms to the right. Then, go to the shaft below and break the urn on the top right platform to obtain a Shield Potion.
The last Shield Potion is in Inverted Castle’s Floating Catacombs. From the left Save Room, head left, top left, left, top right and 4 more areas to the right. You’ll end up in an area without any enemy around. Below that place are urns, smash the urn on top ledge to obtain a Shield Potion.

Another Resist Thunder is found in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Keep. From the Save Room, head right and bottom left. You’ll end up in a huge room full of treasures. Resist Thunder is on one of the ledges inside that place.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the clock tower in Black Marble Gallery, use the clock sub weapon skill to open the hidden passage on the left floor. Head down and left to obtain a Resist Fire and Resist Thunder.
The last one is in Inverted Castle’s Floating Catacombs. From the left Save Room head left, top left and 5 more areas to the left. Break the 2 urns at the top to obtain the Resist Fire and Resist Thunder.

Transform into Bat and fly to the other side, which is the room next to Dracula’s throne room. In the doorway, hit the breakable block to trigger a switch. This drops down a stairway and opens a hidden treasure room above. Go to that treasure room, then break all the urns and statues to obtain the treasures. The second urn to the right contains a Resist Dark.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the clock tower in Black Marble Gallery, use the clock sub weapon skill to open the hidden passage on the left floor. Head down and 2 rooms left to obtain a Resist Holy and Resist Dark.
Another Resist Dark is in Inverted Castle’s Necromancy Laboratory. From the top left Save Room, head right and up. Smash the brown orb in the rightmost corner to obtain a Resist Dark.
Resist Dark is also an item drop of Phantom Skull and Karasuman.

Location: From the right magic sealed door in Marble Gallery where you have to stomp on the stone switch, head left and down. You’ll end up in a small room where you can find a Library Card and Attack Potion.
The next one is found in Main Castle’s Colosseum. From the left Save Room, head right and up. You’ll end up in the area just next to the arena, where you have to fight Richter’s minions. Head to the bottom rightmost portion to obtain the Library Card.
Another one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Library. From the Save Room, head 2 rooms left, top right and 2 more rooms to the right. You’ll end up in a room with an urn and 2 statues. Break the second statue to obtain a Library Card.
Another Library Card is found in Main Castle’s Catacombs. From the right Save Room, head right bottom right and 4 more areas to the right. You’ll end up in a pitch dark area full of deadly spikes. Transform into Bat and use the Echo of Bat skill (not to be confused with the Bat’s fireballs) to reveal some portion of that place while moving forward to the other side. Just constantly use the echo and be careful not to be hit by spikes. After stomping on the white switch near the exit, head right, down and left. There is a breakable wall at the farthest left corner inside the last area you have entered in. Smash the wall to obtain the Library Card.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Keep. From the Save Room, just head right, down and left to obtain the Library Card.
You can find another one in Inverted Castle’s Black Marble Gallery. From the right Save Room, head right, up, right, top left and top right. You’ll end up in an area full of Nova Skeletons and Stone Skulls. The Library Card is just next to the entrance of that place.
There is another one in Inverted Castle’s Floating Catacombs. From the left Save Room head left, top left, 5 more areas to the left, up and right. Proceed to the rightmost corner and get the Elixir. Then, smash the breakable wall on the right corner to obtain a Library Card.

The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the waterfall area, just head to the top right portion of the cliff to obtain a Toadstool.

Then smash it further to the left to open a hidden passage. In the next area, you’ll find 4 Peanuts, a Barley Tea and a Power of Sire.

Break the urn to uncover a Frankfurter.
Another one is found in the Castle Keep of the Main Castle. From the Save Room, just head 2 rooms left. You’ll end up in a huge open-air area with broken stairs. Transform into Bat and fly to the other side, which is the room next to Dracula’s throne room. In the doorway, hit the breakable block to trigger a switch. This drops down a stairway and opens a hidden treasure room above. Go to that treasure room, then break all the urns and statues to obtain the treasures. The first urn from the left contains a Frankfurter.

There is another Shiitake in the waterfall area in Main Castle’s Underground Caverns. It is located on the middle left portion of the cliff.
The next Shiitake is still found in Main Castle’s Underground Caverns. From the waterfall area, head bottom left, another left and up. The Shiitake is located in the rightmost portion of the cavern, just close to the passage where you came in.
There are also Shiitakes in Main Castle’s Abandoned Mines. From the Snake Warp Gate, just head 2 areas left and down. You’ll end up in a shaft full of Salem Witches. Head to the mid left corner of that mine to obtain a Shiitake. Then proceed to the mid right corner below the first to obtain another one.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the waterfall area, just head to the mid right portion of the cliff to obtain a Shiitake.
You can also find another one in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the waterfall area, just head top right, right and down to obtain a Shiitake.
There are 2 more Shiitakes in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the top Save Room, just head 2 areas to the right. The first Shiitake is found close to the entrance, while the other one is below a ledge, a little farther from the first one.
The last Shiitakes is in Inverted Castle’s Cave. From the Snake Warp Room, head 2 areas right and up. The first Shiitake is on the middle right corner while the other one is a little further above the left corner.

The next one is found in Main Castle’s Outer Wall. From the lower Save Room, head right, bottom right, another right and 2 rooms down. You’ll end up in a huge area full of Medusa Heads. In the top left portion is a platform where an Armor Lord guards the passage way, destroy it and exit left. In next room, break the wall in the bottom left to uncover the Pot Roast.
Another one is found in the Castle Keep of the Main Castle. From the Save Room, just head 2 rooms left. You’ll end up in a huge open-air area with broken stairs. There is another Pot Roast in Clock Tower. From the Save Room in Castle Keep of the Main Castle, head left, bottom right and 3 more rooms right. You’ll end up in a huge area in Clock Tower which is full of Sword Lords and Vandal Swords. In the bottom mid portion is where the Sword Lords gathered themselves. In one of those broken walls above the Sword Lords is a breakable wall that contains a Pot Roast.
The next one is located in Main Castle’s Underground Caverns. From the bottom Save Room, head left and bottom right, another right and up. You’ll end up in the place where you have to fight Scylla (boss). There is an urn on the leftmost corner of that cavern. Smash it to obtain the Pot Roast.
The next one is found in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Clock Tower. From the Save Room in Reverse Keep, head right, top left and left. You’ll end up in Darkwing Bat’s (boss) room, defeat him and enter another 2 rooms to the left. You’ll end up in a huge area full of Bomb Knights. There is a breakable wall in one of the upper platforms of that place, which contains a Pot Roast.
You can find another Pot Roast in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Entrance. From the drawbridge or gate of the castle, head 2 rooms to the left. You’ll end up in an empty area with a huge boulder in front. Break the rightmost portion of the boulder to obtain a Pot Roast.
The next one is in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the top Save Room, head right and top left. You’ll end up in Doppleganger20’s (boss) area. After defeating him, head to the next area and go down. You’ll end up in a cavern full of Octopi. Go to the leftmost corner of that place and smash the urn to obtain a Pot Roast.
Pot Roast is also an item drop of Flail Guard.

Head to the bottom left corner and enter the magically sealed blue door to obtain the Meal Ticket inside.
There are 5 more Meal Tickets in Inverted Castle’s Reverse Caverns. From the bottom Save Room, head right, middle left and 2 more rooms left. You’ll end up in a place full of urns. Break all the urns to obtain Meal Tickets.
