Effects: Permanently increases Flower Points by 1.
Location: Acquired from treasure chests in different places and from defeating enemies. Defeat Croco in Bandit’s Way, the Crooks and Croco in Moleville coal mines and beat the “Goomba Thumpin’” mini-game to obtain Flower Tabs.
Toad will give you a Flower Tab in Mushroom Way. Also, some Toads in Mushroom Kingdom will give you Flower Tabs after saving them from Shysters.
In Rose Town, head to the house on the cliffs and open the two treasure chests which both contains Flower Tabs. If you open them later, they will only contain coins. Another one is found in Booster Tower. In the area where you first meet Booster, follow the train railways to find a Flower Tab in the next room.
Flower Tabs are also appraised in Mushroom Boy’s Shop in Seaside Town. The shopkeeper eats Mushroom and appraise them if they are special. If it is indeed a special mushroom, he will give you either one of the three special items: Rock Candy, Maple Syrup or Flower Tab.

Location: Acquired from chests in different places and from defeating enemies. Defeat Hammer Bros. in Mushroom Way, Pandorite in Kero Sewers, Knife Guy and Grate Guy in Booster’s Tower and beat the “Goomba Thumpin’” mini-game to obtain Flower Jars.
Some Flower Jars are found in Nimbus Land’s castle. The first one, is when you get the Castle Key 1 from the guard, who is one of the townspeople held prisoners in a room. The second, is after you freed King and Queen Nimbus from Valentina’s tyranny. Find that same guard who gave Mario the Castle Key 1. He will give you another Flower Jar.

Location: From the first area of Booster Pass, head left from the entrance. Just continue forward until you are near to the exit. There is a cactus on the left before the exit, go over it and jump to uncover a Surprise Box which contains Rock Candy.
Another one is found in Bean Valley. From the very first area, go down to the right pipe. In the next area where you came out, head to the farthest left corner and jump to uncover the Surprise Box.
36) Pure Water

38) Red Essence

Effects: Makes an ally invulnerable to any damage in 3 turns.
Location: In the area where you can find a Save Block in Forest of Maze, head to the rightmost corner near the exit. Then jump to uncover a Surprise Box with Red Essence inside.
Another one is found in the first area of Land’s End. Head to the Pot Cannon that will throw Mario to the yellow block. On the block, position yourself to the upper portion and wait for it to move upwards. When it reaches the apex, quickly jump forward to uncover the Surprise Box.
The last one is located in the area of Bean Valley where there are five pipes guarded by Piranha Plants. Enter the farthest right pipe to gain access to the next area. Inside, you must head to the rightmost portion and jump on the corner before you reached the stairs. You’ll uncover a Surprise Box that contains Red Essence.

Effects: One of the three flags you need to find in order to complete the quest of the 3 Musty Fears. Mario’s party will receive a Ghost Medal after beating the quest.
Location: In Yo’ster Isle, go between “A” and “O” in GOAL portion of the race track. While standing on it, press the A button to acquire the Big Boo Flag.
58) Dry Bones Flag
It's a Dry Bones' Flag.
Effects: One of the three flags you need to find in order to complete the quest of the 3 Musty Fears. Mario’s party will receive a Ghost Medal after beating the quest.
Location: Go inside the Pipe House in Mario’s Pad and check the bed to obtain the Dry Bones Flag.

Effects: One of the three flags you need to find in order to complete the quest of the 3 Musty Fears. Mario’s party will receive a Ghost Medal after beating the quest.

Effects: Opens the middle door in the grand hallway in Nimbus Land.

Effects: Opens the exit door in Birdo’s room.
Location: Defeat Birdo in Nimbus Land’s castle to receive the key.
62) Cricket Jam
Delicious jam!
Effects: Give it to Frogfucius and he’ll give Mallow the Froggie Stick.
Location: After defeating Croco in Bandit’s Way, head back to Mushroom Kingdom and buy the Cricket Jam at the item shop.
63) Cricket Pie
A tasty looking pie.
Effects: Give it to Frogfucius to receive 10 Frog Coins.
Location: From Land’s End, head to the secret passage which is a short cut leading back to Kero Sewers. You’ll get this item along the way.
64) Elder Key
The key to the Ancestor Hall.
Effects: Opens the door on the left side of the portraits of Booster’s ancestors in Booster’s Tower.
Location: In Booster’s Tower where you can find the second set of portraits of Booster’s ancestors, arrange them from the first to the last one to receive the key.
65) Rare Frog Coin
It's a Frog Coin from Frogfucius!
Effects: Use this coin to buy the Cricket Jam at the item shop in Mushroom Kingdom.
Location: Defeat Croco in Bandit’s Way to reclaim the stolen Rare Frog Coin.
66) Room Key
The key to the mine room!
Effects: Opens the door to the trap room in Booster’s Tower, which leads to a small room where you can get the Zoom Shoes.
Location: Found in Booster’s Tower room which is full of booby traps.
67) Shed Key
The key to the shed in Seaside Town.
Effects: Opens the door to the shed in Seaside Town.
Location: Defeat Yaridovich in Seaside Town to obtain this key.
68) Temple Key
It's a Temple Key.
Effects: Feed it to Belome in Belome’s Temple to get his hidden treasures.
Location: In Monstro Town, head to the house where you can find Thwomp. Talk to the guy several times and he will smash the ground every time you do it. Now head outside of the house and check if the key from the cliff above already fell to the ground. If not, do the same thing all over again until the key falls down.
